摘要:對汽輪機葉片鍛模的結構特點進行了分析,并對失效后的鍛模進行了藍光掃描試驗、宏觀觀察斷口、掃描電鏡、能譜分析、硬度檢測等分析與研究,找出鍛模失效的主要形式和根本原因,針對汽輪機葉片鍛模的使用情況,提出了延長鍛模使用壽命的方法。

Failure analysis of forging die for steam turbine blade

Abstract: The structure characteristics of a forging die for steam turbine blade were analyzed. The failure forging die was analyzed and studied by blue-light scanning experiment, macroscopic observation fracture, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis and hardness measurement. The main forms and root causes of the forging die failure were found out. Aiming at the working conditions of forging die for steam turbine blade, the method was put forward to prolong its service life.
