標題：智能廢料滑道監控系統的應用

摘要：介紹了可通用的模具智能廢料滑道監視和控制系統的原理和設計方案，解決了在封閉型高速壓力機自動化生產中因廢料堵塞而導致模具損壞的問題，該智能廢料滑道監控系統已在模具批量成形零件上得到了應用，系統穩定可靠，取得了較好的效果。

Abstract: The principle and design scheme of an intelligent system was presented, which could be widely used in monitoring and controlling the waste slipway of dies. It solved the problem of die damage caused by the blockage of wastes in the automatic production of closed high-speed press. The intelligent system had been applied in the die for batch forming parts, and it was stable and reliable.
