摘要:以優化細薄異形長條電鍍產品的變形為例,闡述了MPI/Fill 的作用,通過應用Autodesk Moldflow軟件對成型產品的填充時間、注射壓力、熔體前沿溫度、V/P轉換時壓力分布、壓力注射位置時曲線、熔接痕、翹曲變形等進行模擬和流動分析,結果顯示Autodesk Moldflow 技術在模具開發過程中可以預測和解決產品的變形問題。

Deformation optimization of irregular long thin electroplating products

Abstract: Taking the deformation of irregular long thin electroplating product as an example,the role of MPI/Fill was elaborated in detail. The simulation and flow analysis was performed byapplying Autodesk Moldflow software from the aspects of the filling time, injection pressure, melt front temperature, pressure distribution at V/P conversion, curve at injection position, welding mark, warping deformation. The results showed that the Autodesk Moldflow technology could forecast and solve the deformation problems during the die development.
