Manufacturing process of die for automobile covering parts

Abstract: The manufacturing process flow of automobile dies was presented, and the description was unfolded from improving die quality, shortening manufacturing cycle and reducing manufacturing costs of dies. Also, the shortcomings and common problems in the process of die manufacturing were analyzed, and the related solutions were proposed, which provided references for ensuring the quality of dies in the manufacturing and processing stage.
