摘要:論述在掌握大數據概念與特點的基礎上,探討了適用于模具維修保養的資源庫建設方案,資源庫啟用后,可對登記的模具使用情況進行實時數據監控,數據交換中心借助GPRS可以直接向云服務平臺發出數據,由后者實施數據分析整理,并完善相關資源庫檔案,資源庫可自行發布維修保養計劃,并記錄每次模具維修保養情況,對提升模具維修保養管理水平、延長模具使用壽命具有一定的參考作用。

Research on construction plan of die & mould maintenance resource database based on big data

Abstract: On the basis of grasping the concept and characteristics of big data, the construction scheme of resource database suitable for die & mould maintenance was discussed. After the database enabled, the real-time data monitoring could be carried out on the usage of the registered die & mould. The data exchange center could send data directly to the cloud service platform by means of GPRS, which carried out data analysis and collation, and improve the relevant database files. The resource database could publish maintenance plan and record the maintenance situation of the die & mould each time, so as to improve the management level of the die & mould maintenance and prolong the service life of the die & mould.
